A new type of cured meat born from the tradition of the Piedmontese mountain villages: the Lumbar & Lard, a unique piece of lean loin mixed together with the delicious layer of lard.
Sliced and vacuum-sealed, perfect to enjoy as an aperitif with some cheese and a glass of Italian red wine (a Nebbiolo perhaps?)
Once you receive the product, place it in the fridge.
To best enjoy the Affettati, we suggest to remove it from the fridge and keep it at room temperature at least 1 hour before eating it. Once opened, leave it there for about 10 min. By doing so the slices will come off easily and you’ll fully enjoy its unique taste.
